About OWRA / Practice Sites

The Online Work Readiness Assessment (OWRA) is free and available for download. If you are a first-time OWRA user, we recommend that you download the latest version of OWRA (also known as OWRA 4.0). Latest Version of OWRA (OWRA 4.0)

OWRA 4.0 interacts with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari. This version includes an Employment Projections Module that supports social service agency staff as they provide career planning services to their clients.

These versions of OWRA are available for current users, however they are no longer supported by the OFA Help Desk.

OWRA Employment Projections

This version of OWRA includes a labor market information (LMI) Module. This Module supports social service agency staff as they provide career planning services to their clients. Users may review this version of OWRA through the Employment Projections practice site. The credentials are:

OWRA 2.0

This is a gender-neutral version of OWRA that helps case managers connect with clients from diverse populations to identify and address barriers to accessing services, obtaining/retaining employment, and increasing self-sufficiency. Users may review this version on the OWRA 2.0 practice site. The credentials are:

OWRA 1.0

This is the original version of OWRA. It was designed to assist case managers who primarily worked with female TANF recipients. Users may review this version on the OWRA 1.0 practice site. The credentials are:
